I actually have a lot I could write about that I have been doing and a lot that I am thinking but I just haven't had the time to sit down and formulate it into words here. Well, I must say now that I have observed all the new workers in action taking care of mom that I think we have a good workable crew! Jill was the last of the new workers for me to instruct and personally work with. We had her today and she was very nice. I'm very happy! I got the news yesterday of a big change coming in our lives. Mary Lou is quitting (to move to the Lancaster area and join a church that is based there so she can become a missionary with them) and I will need to find a new worker for next door OR work the hours myself. She presently sleeps there 7 nights a week and then works around 45 day hours. ( Read more... )
